Since last year’s AGM there have been some significant changes .....
At last we have been able to open a Drop In Centre in Castleton; building on the good work done by the youth bus between Jan 2008 and March 2009.

This is a partnership venture with Castleton Methodist Church; the church members have put a lot of prayer, energy (physical, mental, spiritual & emotional) into the project.
The centre is headed by Lin Chilcott, assisted by part time youth worker Paul Lee (from Korea) and with a team of local volunteers.
A lot of hard work has been done in revising the constitution:
Expanding the aims and objectives so that we will be more pro-
Simplifying a lot of the outdated parts of the original constitution.
This involved email constitution with the Charity Commissioners (who have to approve alterations since we are a registered charity). They were very helpful with comments and advice.
The revised constitution was put to members for approval a special meeting just before the AGM which was on July 13th at Castleton Methodist Church. The revised constitution was unanimously approved.
